UK SHIPPING We use Royal Mail for shipping our books to addresses in the United Kingdom and charge postage and packaging according to the cost price. The usual delivery time is 1 to 3 days depending on the option selected, but deliveries may occasionally take longer due to postal delays or product availability. We would recommend using a work address as a delivery address if you are not at home during the day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Threesixfive delivers to certain countries using UK Royal Mail international standard delivery. If your country is not listed as an option in the shop, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to provide a shipping quote and arrange to deliver to you if at all possible.
Postage and packaging is charged per book, but if you wish to place a large order of more than two books please email us at email@example.com and we will see if we can reduce the postage cost. We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within one working day after the order has been placed and accepted by us. Customers will be informed by email as soon as the order has been dispatched. Our team will do their best to meet the delivery times as detailed above but cannot make any guarantees. CUSTOMS AND TARIFFS Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure, it may be wise to contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement, as long as the goods are returned in their original condition. If your goods have already been shipped, the delivery charge will not be refunded and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please email us with your order number and reason for requesting the refund. You must return the product to us immediately in the same condition you received it (at your own cost and risk). You have a legal obligation to take care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have a claim against you for compensation. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 28 days of the day you gave notice of your cancellation. Threesixfive reserves the right to cancel any customer order and provide the customer with a full refund if for any reason we are unable to fulfil the order.
RETURNS POLICY In the unlikely event of one of our books being faulty or defective, it may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the date of purchase. When you need to return one of our products please send an email to email@example.com to explain the fault, and we will provide the address to return it to. Your replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible and we will not charge for the second delivery.
Please quote your invoice reference number on all correspondence with us so we can deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible.
